At Speech and Swallowing Continuum, we are dedicated to providing personalized diagnostic and therapeutic services in swallowing, speech, and language. Our expert team focuses on improving communication abilities and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. 

The team is headed by Dr. Samantha Gogarty Hernandez, a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist with 17 years of experience. She has worked in both private practice as well as acute, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient medical settings such Jackson Memorial hospital, Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Aventura Hospital and Mercy Hospital. She has taught graduate students as both a full time assistant professor and adjunct professor at Carlos Albizu University. She prides herself in always putting patient care, quality of life and outcomes first.
